New Alternative Education School
Benzie County Central Schools will again be offering an alternative education program for the 2009-2010 school year. This program will focus on getting those students who recently dropped out back in school and preventing at-risk adolescents from dropping out. The school site will be at the Tribal Center on Hoadley Rd. in Benzonia. The alternative education curriculum will focus on student needs and abilities, offering a flexible individualized approach for the successful completion of high school and entry into the workforce. Any students wishing to attend this program should contact Mr. Olson or Mr. Judge at the high school (231/882-4497).
