Mr. Dick Hewer

Mr. Hewer has been with the District since December 1998. Prior to joining the BCCS team, he was the Business Manager for the Manistee Intermediate School District. Mr. Hewer holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics & Business Administration from Chapman University and a Master's Degree in Business Management from Central Michigan University. He is also a retired U.S. Air Force Officer with over 22 years experience in Financial Management.

Mr. Hewer resides in Manistee, Michigan with his wife Diane. Diane is a 3rd Grade Teacher for Baldwin Community Schools. They have one daughter, Jessica, a graduate of Kendall College of Art and Design. Jessica is married and living in Pasadena, California.
