Our meetings have been moved to 4:30 PM for the 2009-2010 school year. All PTS meetings are held at Betsie Valley Elementary School. Meetings are on the third Tuesday of the month. Parents, Grandparents and anyone who is interested in making our children's school experience are always welcome!

Oct. 24th -- Bake Sale at Ski Swap at Crystal Mountain. We need bakers. Baked goods can be dropped off on Friday, Oct. 23rd until 4 PM at school. Otherwise Saturday morning after 7:30 AM outside of the ski swap.

Book Fairs During the 2009-2010 school year there will be two book fairs. The fall fair benefits the library and the end-of-year fair benefits the students by providing books at a two for one price.

Fundraisers We continue to have numerous school fundraisers. Money raised goes toward class fieldtrips, school assemblies, playground equipment, classroom needs, and much more! Campbell's and Spartan labels can always be brought into your child's classroom. Also, Boxtops for Education can be clipped and add up quickly at $.10 each! A new program through Glens is the Cash for Schools program. If you spend $25 or more in one visit, you will receive a piece of paper that says: Name and Number. Betsie Valley's Number is: 88867. |
